a = f \div m
v { }^{2}  = u {}^{2}  + 2as
v {}^{2}  = 0 {}^{2}  + 2as
2a = s \times v {}^{2}
a =  \frac{v {}^{2} }{2}  \times 5 =  \frac{f}{m}
 \frac{v {}^{2} }{2}  =  \frac{f}{m }  \times s
fs =  \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}
w = fs
k.e =  \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}
hence it is prooved
