To Find :-
When it will be divided x - 1 remainder is 0
Solution :-
x - 1 = 0
x = 1
Putting x as 1
0 = 4(1)³ + 3(1)² + 2(1) - 9
0 = 4(1) + 3(1) + 2 - 9
