lets assume a Rectangle of sides PQRS  [ PQ, QR, RS, PS] and PQ, PS and QR, PS are opposite to each other;

LENGTH OF PQ=\sqrt{(-3-1)^{2}+(0-(-4)) ^{2} }=4\sqrt{2}
