We know that,

 \sec(90 - theta)  =  \csc(theta) \\  \csc ^{2} (theta )   -  \cot {}^{2} (theta)  = 1

from the above formula ,

sec^2 43 = cosec^47

Therefore,

sec^2 43 - cot^2 47 = 1

cosec^2 47 - cot^2 47 =1

1=1

LHS =RHS

Hence proved.
