As we know

sec²@-tan²@=1 & cosec²@-cot²@=1

→sec²@-1=tan²@ & 1-cosec²@=-cot²@

Putting the values we get

(sec²@-1)(1-cosec²@)

=tan2@×(–cot²@)

=–(tan@×cot@)²

=–1

[As cot@=1/tan@]
