=sec²A+cosec²A
=(1+tan²A)+(1+cot²A)
[USING sec²A=1+tan²A and cosec²A=1+cot²A]
=1+tan²A+1+cot²A
=tan²A+cot²A+2
=RHS
Hence, proved
