secA=1/cosA

so,( 1/cosA-cosA) =(1-cos²A) /cosA

sin²A/cosA. eq (1)

cotA=1/tanA

(sec²A) /tanA. eq(2)

by multiplying equation(1) and(2) we will get

(sin²A*sec²A) /(tanA*cosA)

(tan²A)/sinA

tanA=sinA/cosA

(sinA*sinA)/(cosA*cosA*sinA)

tanA/cosA=tanA*secA

therefore,proved
