Step-by-step explanation:

= sin(a)/cosec(a) + cos(a)/sec(a)

= sin(a)/1/sin(a) + cos(a)/1/cos(a)

( Since, cosec(ø) = 1/sin(ø) &

sec(ø) = 1/cos(ø) )

= sin^2(a) + cos^2(a)

( W.K.T., sin^2(Ø) + cos^2(Ø) = 1 )

Therefore,

sin^2(a) + cos^2(a) = 1

Hence proved...
