(sec2theta - sin2theta )/ tan2theta    =  [(1/cos2theta) - sin2theta]/[ sin2theta/cos2theta]

=[1-sin2theta cos2theta]/ [sin2theta]

=[1/sin2theta]- [sin2theta cos2theta/sin2theta]

=cosec2theta-cos2theta
