Consider a square with side x
then diagonal = √2x² = x√2
sum of 2 diagonal = 2x√2
sum of 4 sides = 4x = 2x√4
2x√4 > 2x√2
sum of 4 sides > sum of 2 diagonal
then diagonal = √2x² = x√2
sum of 2 diagonal = 2x√2
sum of 4 sides = 4x = 2x√4
2x√4 > 2x√2
sum of 4 sides > sum of 2 diagonal
