=> A + B = 90°

=> A = 90° – B

now both side taking tan

=> tanA = tan (90° – B)

=> tanA = cotB

=>A=90-B

Now, by taking tan on the both sides

tan A=tan(90-B)

=> tan A=cot B [because tan (90-B)=cot B]

Here 90 is in degree.
