Tan A +1/tan A = Sec A . Cocec A

on Solving LHS

tan²A +1 / tan A { tan²A+1= Sec² a}

Sec² A. / tan A

1/ Cos² A × Cos A / sin A

Cos A/ sin A . Cos² A

= 1/cos A. cosec A

which is Sec A. cosec A
