In LHS divide each term by cosФ
then the 1 you get in denominator change it into
sec²Ф-tan²Ф
write
sec²Ф-tan²Ф in the form of (secФ-tanФ) and (secФ+tanФ)
so on solve it

kvnmurty: u have to do it and show. not just an advice.
