 \sqrt{3 \: } is \: an \: irrational \: number

 \sqrt{3}  \: is \: a \: positive \\ integer \: which \: is \: not \\ a \: perfect \: square \: then \:  \sqrt{3 }  \\ is \: irrational \: number

Thus , we can say that under root 3 is an Irrational number .
