This is the equation for time period of a simple pendulum;

proof:

2\pi=area covered by the sphere with radius r considered to be neglected;

root of L/g=the tension of the string by the force of gravity;

hence we have the needed area which is responsible for the tension created on the string by gravity;

therefore we can multiply the needed area 2\pi with the root of length of the string by the gravitational constant;

This is multiplied so that we are able to get the vector along the area of the motion of the string in given unity;

that is we get the unit of time;

Hence proved by theoretical explanation.

If this is wrong or incorrect in any way please tell.
