If they intersect at right angle and divide them into 2 equal parts

as we know that be bisector divide angles in half half or same angle or side

so ,
let line is AB
bisector is CD
so angle ACD=angle BCD
angle ACD + angle BCD =180°
angle ACD+ angle ACD=180°
2angle ACD =180°
angle ACD= angle BCD =90°
perpendicular makes the angle of 90°

so bisector of a linear pair are perpendicular to each other
