let us take two triangles which are formed by dividing the rhombus. .
let those triangles be ABC and ACD ..

now in triangles ABC and ACD we have ,,,,

AC= AC ( common )
AB= CD( AS we know that opposite side of a rhombus are equal )
AD =BC ( opposite side of a rhombus are always equal )

therefore, ,, by SSS criteria both the triangles are congruent. ..
