to prove :- AE=EC and DE=EB

proof:-

in ΔAEB and ΔCED

∠CAB=∠DCA (alternate angle)

∠ABD=∠BDC (alternate angle)

AB=DC (opposite side are equal)

ΔAEB≅ΔCED (ASA)

AE=EC (CPCT)

BE=ED (CPCT)
