So

At inside of a sphere (non conducting)

The potential = Kq/2R^2(3R^3-r^3)

Where R=radius of sphere and r= radius of point inside sphere

So when r=0

The potential = Kq/2R^2*3R^3

=3Kq/2R

And at surface =Kq/R

So if we equate

We get V at centrer=1. 5 times V at surface
