Prove that the following are irrational (I) 1/√2 (ii) 7√5 (iii) 6+√2​

1) √2 is an irrational number

and a if we divide a rational number with irrational number we get a irrational number

so it is proved that 1/√2 is irrational

2) √5 is an irrational number

and if we multiply a rational number with an irrational number we get a irrational number

so it is proved that 7√5 is irrational

3) √2 is an irrational number

and if we multiply a rational number with an irrational number we get an irrational number

so it is proved that 6+√2 is irrational
