Let nth term of AP be n^2+2
now find the first four terms with the help of the above equation
u will find that the common difference is not same :
t1= 3
t2 = 6
t3 = 11
t4 = 18
it is clear that 'd' is not the Same
Hence our assumption that nth term of an AP can be n^2+2 was wrong
So, nth term of an AP cannot be n^2+2.
