prove that the pair of lines represented by equations 2x-3y+5=0 and 4x-6y+7=0 are inconsistent

2x - 3y + 5 = 0

4x + 6y + 7 = 0

This Equation is of the form  

a1 - b1 + C1 = 0

a2 + b2 + C2 = 0

Here  

a1 = 2 , b1 = 3 , c1 = 5

a2 = 4 , b2 = 6 , c2 = 7


a1/a2  = b1/b2 not equat to c1/c2

2/4 = 1/2 = 3/6 not equal to 5/6
