4x + 6y + 7 = 0

This Equation is of the form  

a1 - b1 + C1 = 0

a2 + b2 + C2 = 0

Here  

a1 = 2 , b1 = 3 , c1 = 5

a2 = 4 , b2 = 6 , c2 = 7

a1/a2  = b1/b2 not equat to c1/c2

2/4 = 1/2 = 3/6 not equal to 5/6
