4
let 2x +1 and 2x+3 ne two consecutive odd numbers
therefore,
sum of two numbers = 2x+1+2x+3
=4x+4
=4(x+1)
here let x+1 be k =4k
here 4k is divisible by four
so, sum of two consecutive odd number is divisible by 4

3

1 + 3 = 4

3 + 5  = 8

5 + 7 = 12

7 + 9 = 16

which are divisible 4
