Given,

Vector a= 4i+3j+k,

Vector b=12i+9j+3k

To Find,

Prove that vectors are parallel.

Solution,

To prove these lines we have a relation that,

a=Δb, where Δ is a integer

⇒a=Δ(12i+9j+3k)

⇒a=3(4i+3j+k)

So here vector(a) can be represented by multiplication of 3 with vector (b).

Hence, these two vectors are parallel.
