Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

given a =2^m

         b = 2^[m+1]

now b/a = 2^[m+1]/2^m = 2^[m+1-m] =2^1 =2

     b/a=2

     b=2 a

we have    8a^3/b^2 = 8a^3/[2a]^2

                                   =8a^3/4a^2

                                    =2a

                                    = b

                                     =2^[m+1]
