LHS:-

 \frac{x + y + z}{ \frac{1}{xy}  +  \frac{1}{yz} +  \frac{1}{zx}  }

=>  \frac{x + y + z}{ \frac{z + x + y}{xyz} }

=>  \frac{x + y + z}{1}  \div  \frac{x + y + z}{xyz}

=>  \frac{x + y + z}{1}  \times  \frac{xyz}{x + y + z}

=>xyz = RHS
