Answer:

you can write 1/1-cosQ + 1/1+cosQ

as 2/1-cos^2Q

so, we know that sin^2x+ cos^2x = 1

substitute 1-cos^2Q as sin^2Q.

so, sin^2Q(2/sin^2Q)

2 will be the answer.
