Prove the following identities:
 \frac{1}{  \sec \alpha   +  \tan \alpha   }  -  \frac{1}{ \cos\alpha }  =  \frac{1}{ \cos \alpha  }  -  \frac{1}{ \sec\alpha   -  \tan\alpha }
