  1. LHS=sec^2A + cosec^2A

=(1/cos^2A) + (1/sin^2A)

=sin^2A+cos^2A/cos^2A*sin^2A

(by taking LCM)

=1/cos^2A*sin^2A

=1/cos^2A*1/sin^2A

(by taking 1 on both sides)

=sec^2Acosec^2A

(since, 1/cos=sec and

1/sin=cosecA) [ Hence, PROVED ]
