Acc. To Me,

See Below

By sin²A+cos²A=1

cos²A-1=-sin²A

Put it

(tan²A-sin²A)/sin²A

break tan²A and take sin²A common

sin²A(1/cos²A -1) /sin²A

sin²A will cancel and take LCM

1-cos²A/cos²A

sin²A/cos²A=tan²A
