Now,

Let angleQPR = angle1

     anglePQR = angle2

     anglePRQ = angle3

Now,

angleAPQ = angle2(alternative interior

                                                angle)

angleBPR = angle3(alternative interior

                                                 angle)

Now,

angleAPQ+angle1+angleBPR = 180°

                                (straight line)

[Replacing APQ with 1 and BPR with 3]

Or, angle2+angle1+angle3= 180°

Thus shows that the interior angle sum is equal to 180°.
