In triangle BCD,

By Pythagoras theorem:

BC^2=36^2+48^2

BC^2=1296+2304

BC^2=3600.....(1)

Now in ABD by Pythagoras theorem:

AB^2=36^2+27^2

AB^2=1296+729

AB^2=2025.....(2)

AB^2+BC^2=3600+2025=5625

But AC^2=(48+25)=75^2=5625

So AB^2+BC^2=AC^2

Hence ABC is right angled at B[By converse of Pythagoras theorem]

Hope it helps mate.
