To prove

[(1-cosA)/(1+cosA)]^1/2=cosecA-cotA


LHS


multiply above and below by (1-cosA)^1/2


=(1-cosA)/(1-cos^2A)^1/2


=(1-cosA)/sinA


=1/sinA - cosA/sinA


=cosecA - cotA ,

Hence proved.
