I am honest not because that I don't speak lies but I am honest because I didn't steal anybody's thing anybody is perception anybody's good words I am what I like that and that's my honesty and my policy. honesty is the best policy but not honesty means to not say lie but we should also perform best policy but not only to don't speak lie but how to make our own identity perception and our own image to the people.

for me that is the most honest and the best policy answer.
