i will show that xy+xz+x’z will be false whenever xy + x’z is false.

Let’s say that xy+x’z is false then y and z cannot be true at the same time because if they were then xy would be true or x’z would be true which would make xy+x’z true .

So if xy + x’z is false then yz is false too !

That makes xy+xz+x’z false as well.

If xy+x’z is true it is obvious that xy+xz+x’z is true as well

So xy+xz + x’z = xy +x’z
