[ Identity = 1 + tan^2 theta = sec^2 theta ]

L. H. S. = cos^2 theta × Sec^2 theta

L. H. S. = Cos^2 theta × 1 / cos^2 theta

L. H. S. = 1

R. H. S. = 1
