Morning : in morning when you wake up do exercise only for 5 mins , without eating any thing , drink hot water + honey + lemon juice , after that eat hand size roti with any salan and drink low carb tea without sugar and if you want to sweetner your tea so use gurr

lunch :

drink green smoothie or strawberry smoothie

and in evening go on walk for 10 to 20 mins

Dinner :

Eat brawn bread with any kabab (but one)

Eat some which is cooked in home

before sleeping drink kahwa after a walk
