• One more effective way of protesting lack of service delivery is voicing your concerns through the help of media. The community can take the help of media such as newspapers, TV, radio, social media platforms, etc to express their discontent on poor service delivery or lack of service delivery. This way the message gets conveyed faster to the concerned authorities and quick action can be taken to resolve the problem. However, while using media, the community must ensure that false, wrong or deceptive information must not be conveyed.
