Vaccines or vaccinations are actually “ duplicates” of the particular pathogens but harmless are injected into a child’s body to fight against these so called duplicates so that this would prepare the child’s immune system and when the real pathogen enters the body and so the this time the child can fight the disease easily. When the child is given a vaccine, the child experiences fever or a running nose for a day or so. But vaccine alone won’t help a child or any person to fight the disease or be healthy . A little exercise, meditation and eating nutritious food helps us to maintain good mental and physical health. The stronger your health is , the more resistant you are........
Hope this helps you!!!!!!
