2) In 2nd step we apply property of determinant as follows

c₁ ------>c₁ - c₂ and c₂ ----------> c₂ - c₃

3) In 4h step we take (a - b ) , ( b - c ) as common from first and second column respectively.

4) Then we apply

c₂------> c₂-c₁ , and taking ( c - a ) common from 2nd column

5) Now expanding determinant from 2nd column and then we get RHS
