Preamble of the Indian constitution is securing the integrity of the nation and the fundamental rights stated the duty and responsibilities of the Indian citizens.

Apart from that, Indian constitution envisages federal structure with few acts such as governor rule on break down of the constitutional machinery (Article 356), concurrent list, integrated judiciary, all Indian services (article 312) and national emergency systems.

These articles promote the integrity of the Indian nationals.
