is a pseudophilatus. also known as kani bush frog .it has been found or re found in Southern Kerala and in Tamil Nadu at Mundanthurai, southern Ghats, South India. it has been previously confused with Philautus temporalis. it is similiar to  Philautus wynaadensis.

Philautus wynaadensis

is a pseudophilautus. also known as wayanad bush frog. It is endemic to the Western Ghats of India. it is among the most common bush frogs in the area, and a dominant one in wayside vegetation and urban areas.it is similiar to Pseudophilautus kani
