Ok so when someone feels like you wanna have so much achievement in life , develop skills so much n be urself fully!! But still you can't even put up urself to initial step of trying too, n like u r not even in a mood to/ or u r not able to start even!! So what could be suggested to them?
like how to pursue life and how to achieve goals with the same enthusiasm, as that of with which had started....so that at some point in life they wont feel, like whats the use of it, let it b!!
anyone ?

Be their friends tell them and make them belive that u r also in situations like them grow their esteem help them support them go against their thinking and make them understand why u r against their thinking....

i have faced problem with this... i finally have the solution.. it came from a lot of experiments.. it started last year on may... when i finally decided to change it all.. there are many tips which i would first like to mention..
1. 2 mins rule... when you think about doing anything.. just think that you will do it only for 2 mins.. then you would actually be able to do it for longer....
2.. just do it.. whenever you think about studying... just do it.. if you think then your mind will stop you... so don't think just do it...
3. everything is in your mind... all the thoughts of boredom, laziness, failure.. is in your brain... they are just feelings and you can overcome them by training.. whenever you feel so.. say to yourself. its just my brain...
ive also done other things... have atleast 30 mins per day for yourself when you talk to yourself where you say to yourself what you want to do in life...
i have listen to a lot of motivational videos and read books like how to control subconscious mind..
4. have a pleasure time.. no one can juat study or do hardwork all the time.. you have to give yourself pleasure.. but remember there is a specific time.. pull yourself up when the time is finished....
life is easy.... be the best
