11:11 is supposed to be a time when the Universe is listening to you. At this time, you are meant to be conscious of your thoughts to make sure they are something you wish to manifest rather than some random negative thought you would not want to become reality.
1111 is actually a power number and very significant in the journey of spiritual enlightenment and ascension. When you see this number or the time based on it, 11:11, this is a sign that things are about to get real. I believe that is more important than any concern about thoughts, but the two seem to go hand in hand.
