Yes the statement is very true because we used to travel many places so there are chances of getting communicable diseases.So public hygiene is very essential as well personal hygiene has social and aesthetic values.If personal hygiene is maintained then public health will be in no danger mostly.Public places should be cleaned and maintained healthily too.
