Every day is the another chance to get stronger , to eat better , to live healthier and to be the best version of YOU.
A very pleasant morning /evening/afternoon to all. Am here with my speech on the topic the ''exercises in school and colleges .
The world is changing , we are too busy in our schedules and hustle bustle , and hence neglect the issue of the health . As we know we can't be successful in our aim without being healthy .
Exercises are the most important thing that we are neglecting and specially by the young generation, the teenagers .
Day by day we are involving and spending most of our time with technology and hence addicted of it, specially teenagers . They neglect the joy of outdoor games and hence facing lot of problems , such as bone problems , the growth , and the development of skills and muscles .
Exercises are one of the most golden chance to keep our body fit and healthier . the 20 min. of the exercises can give a soothing and can regulates the functions of body fluids , muscles , in systematic manners .
At last, i want to say, it is very important to spent some time for exercises .
As we know health is wealth .
