Explanation:
The company for which i was hired was basically a private bank, who was losing its customers mainly because of a weak customer relationship team. After analyzing the situation, i figured out that the services the department was providing was not up to date, company was not using latest digital technologies while they were asking them to visit bank for every single problem. I suggested them to cope with these issues by bringing advancement in their services
