1.135 - 75= 60 is the difference

2. The reason is that When you are simply sitting, you are not doing any work and your breathing speed is also good but when you jog, you are doing some work and your body needs oxygen which you won't get enough while running

So, your body takes in carbon dioxide also sometimes and provides you energy for jogging still more, therefore, the heart beats faster and pulse rate increases.

3. We feel energetic and our heart breathing faster and we also feel a bit hard for breathing. It takes 5- 10 minutes to become normal.
