Pulses packed in plastic bags stick to the bags.Why?

because when the packet of or the box of the pulses open then the heat of the atmosphere will melt the candy inside the packet and when you open that it is stick with bag

The pulses in bag are in constant contact with the plastic bag and often are rubbed against the plastic. This friction produces opposite charges between the pulses and the plastic thus causing the pulses to stick to the plastic.
