As I was entering my neighborhood I heard a motorbike speed by. It stopped a few feet away from a fruit seller. I noticed an elderly lady buying some fruits and saw the rider take his bike close to her. The pillion rider snatched her chain and they rode away just as it passed me. I quickly noted the number. The lady shouted for help. I informed the police and gave them the number of the bike.
